Awesome 2012 Retro Mustang GT

Sorry if I'm in the wrong place, but perhaps someone out there can help me. I live in in a suburb outside Dallas. I'm purchased a 1967 Mustang Fastback GTA from a classic car dealer and I have no idea what the engine is. It looks like a crate 302, but someone put a 289 sticker on the air cleaner to match to the original engine configuration on the VIN plate. It has an Edelbrock Performer RPM manifold and an Edelbrock 1406 -1108 carb with a 8867 Weber marking on the back. Has a Summit Race equipment PSI gauge attached to the carb. From what I read here, the 1406 is probably a 600 CFM 4V. The car is also running MSD electronic (blaster coil, ignition box and distributor). It's got headers (could be Hooker or Patriot..can't tell) and a Milodon 7 Qt oil pan with a square front sump and the dip stick is on the passenger side. I'm trying to determine who made the engine, the cam it has, and the approximate HP output. It's a great top end runner. If I had to guess, it's a Ford Racing 302, but I can't be sure. There are no numbers on the block that I can see other than what appears just below the Cobra value cover on the block on the passenger side which looks like 14015. Anyone got ideas how I can run this down?
